Karen is a Customer Interaction Specialist who has worked in the customer service industry for the past several years. She previously worked at VCA California Veterinary Specialists – Murrieta in Murrieta, CA as a Client Services Representative, and prior to that, she worked at M2Concepts the DFW Airport COVID-19 testing center as a Receptionist/Ambassador. Karen is one of ten siblings and has no pets.

Outside of her professional life, Karen is an entrepreneur and the owner of her own online clothing boutique for women called GLMUA Apparel. The company name was inspired by her faith and stands for “God’s Little Makeup Artist”. She also loves roller skating at the roller rink and is learning how to DJ. Karen also enjoys photography, videography, and makeup artistry, and is a Youtuber who gives beauty and fashion tips while incorporating faith talks.
