I was requesting service through the Whirlpool site to repair my washer, I specifically waited two weeks to use Guinco due to their fabulous¬†reviews¬†despite there being earlier appointment options with other companies. Guinco called me to let me know that they didn’t want to charge me for a visit since they knew the part I needed was out of stock. They mentioned they would call me back once the part is in…I never expected them to actually call me back but sure enough, about a month later they did and scheduled a service in two days. On the way to my house, the technician, Louie C. called and said he was about 20 minutes away and asked if I had my receipt for the washer, I said yes, but I know my washer is out of warranty. He said that’s OK I don’t mind calling them to see if they can make an exception. I sent him the order details, and he called Whirlpool and got the service and repair covered under their warranty. Talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND. Seriously I have never received customer service like this, that could have cost my family about $400-$500. You guys are fabulous and I will be recommending you to anyone that will listen. Thanks very much!!
