Customer Interaction Specialist
Kalei is a customer interaction specialist, where he provides excellent customer service and assists customers with product troubleshooting and warranty. He is married with an 18 month old son and another one on the way. Kalei is one of five siblings – two brothers and two sisters – and is the proud pet parent of two dogs – a German Shepherd and a Great Dane mix.
When he isn’t working, Kalei loves to do creative things like drawing, singing, writing music or stories, reading, playing video games, and playing sports. His favorite music genres are Pacific Island Reggae, Rock, and Hip Hop/R&B. His favorite movies are The Avengers Saga, The Conjuring Trilogy, and the Jurassic Park/Jurassic World Saga. His favorite book is Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Kalei’s favorite place in the world is Hawai’i – the perfect escape from Texas!
