Each and every uniformed tech is instructed to wear their Guinco shoe protectors at all times when inside your home. Some will be wearing black shoe booties, but over the coming months you’ll start seeing our techs in Guinco yellow shoe booties! Essentially, we want the only trace of our visit to be a fixed appliance and a smile on your face.

We know you value the cleanliness of your home, and you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your home’s beauty in exchange for a service call. To that end, we’d like to introduce the Guinco Shoe Protector Challenge.
Going forward, we’d like to encourage all of our clients to send us candid pictures of their service techs. If they’re good, you may see them all over our social media! However, if you ever catch one of our service techs not wearing their Guinco shoe booties in your home, take a picture and send it to us and you’ll receive $25.
That’s right, we’re willing to put our money where our mouth is when it comes to customer service. That’s another thing that sets us apart from the competition. We’re willing to let our actions speak, rather than just our words.
