August 7, 2020 Update

The safety of our employees and customers continue to be our major focus. 
What is Guinco Service doing to help protect everyone?
  • Compliance for gathering limits for office staff
  • Disinfecting practices in the office and warehouse area
  • 1/2 day training provided about Coronavirus, CDC guidelines, PPE, safe practices.
  • Training and competency of Coronavirus
  • Training on Infectious Disease
  • Emailing Customers scheduled appointments with COVID-19 awareness and Guinco Service information.
  • All technicians performing a body temperature check and document it prior to work.
  • Every Robo-call placed by a technician from the prior call states to be ready, keep your distance and please disinfect the area.
  • Cloth Face Masks and Shoe Covers to reduce transmission.
  • Following recommended CDC guidelines of washing and sanitizing your hands often, avoid touching of your face, cover open wounds, social distancing.
  • Sanitizing our vehicles, touch items and personal items at the end of every shift.
  • Dress-down area upon entering of home and bathing to disinfect and reduce transmission.
  • Follow-up survey for documentation of safety compliance.

Four questions are asked and documented prior to entering a home:

  • UPDATED QUESTIONS (8.7.2020):

    Q1. Has anyone in the home been diagnosed or tested due to symptoms for COVID-19 in the last 14 days? 

    Q2. Has anyone in the home had any combination of symptoms consistent with COVID-19 as outlined by the CDC ( linked here) in the last 7 days?

    Q3. Has anyone in the home come in close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who has been diagnosed with or waiting for test results for COVID-19 due to symptoms within 14 days? 

    Q4. Have you or anyone in the home traveled internationally or by cruise ship in the last  14 days?
